Legal Update & LindowsOS 2.0 Press Reviews

Legal Update

In spite of the earlier favorable rulings, we are still entangled with Microsoft over our company name. We just filed court papers which we wanted to share with you.  Our hope is that we will receive a favorable ruling so that we can move beyond court battles and stay 100% focused on bringing choice to the desktop computer.

You can always find the latest proceedings and documents from this case at, including excerpts from our latest papers, a link to the entire text of this latest document, and declarations from ex-Microsoft employees.

I want to thank all of you who have supported us in this effort, and we'll keep you posted on future developments.

LindowsOS Version 2.0 Press Reviews

Last week I shared with you what actual Insider's were saying about our latest release of LindowsOS, version 2.0.  In addition to the positive reaction we're hearing from Insiders, LindowsOS 2.0 is also garnering favorable reactions from the press. Many of the industry's toughest critics have gotten a hold of the new 2.0 version of LindowsOS, either alone or pre-installed on a certified computer, such as the $199 computer at ( You can visit's news page to read in-depth reviews (, or click on the logos below for reviews from these publications...

If you'd like to review LindowsOS for yourself, you can download LindowsOS now or order it on CD.

As a special thank you to all our Insiders for helping us shape the direction of LindowsOS, we are allowing free admission to Desktop Linux Summit. Insiders also receive a TWO-year membership to the "Click-N-Run Warehouse" (a $198 value) for $99. You'll want to hurry though, as this offer ends very soon with the General Release of LindowsOS.

As always, thanks for your support.
